Real Time
30+ minutes a chair. We don't rush you out so the next walk-in can sit down. Every cut gets the time it actually needs.
Sully Cutz isn't just another shop on Union Blvd. It's a craft business built one fade at a time, where the chair is treated like the holy ground it is.
Sully grew up watching the barbers in town do work that people lined up for. Not because they were the cheapest, or the fastest — but because they actually cared about the cut.
Years later, after his own apprenticeship and time behind chairs across North Jersey, he opened Sully Cutz on Union Blvd with one rule: nobody walks out of this shop with a cut you'd be embarrassed to put on the wall.
It's a small shop. On purpose. The slower pace is what makes the difference. Every cut gets a real consultation, real time, and a real finish. No factory line, no rushed line-ups, no "good enough."
Walk-ins are always welcome — that's the deal. But weekends pack out, so if you've got a Friday plan, book ahead.

Every barber says they care. Here's the actual checklist.

Scissor + clipper, hot lather, straight razor. We learned this the right way and we still keep the tools sharp for it.
Whether it's your first cut or your hundredth, kid's cut or full beard, you walk in a customer and walk out a regular. That's the bar.
"You can rush a cut. Or you can do it right. You can't do both."— Sully
